CAMP SPIN OFF REGISTRATION FORM

We are so excited you will be joining us this summer! Please make sure to review the following information before getting started on your registration. The form is best completed with both a parent or guardian alongside the Camper.

Dates: Sunday July 19th – Thursday July 23rd 2026

Transportation: There is 1 Complimentary Shuttle Drop-off/Pick-Up locations in Las Vegas at Desert Breeze Community Center. Parents are also welcome to drop-off or pick-up campers directly at Camp Spin Off. For more information about travel to camp, please visit Travel Information before registering.

Health Requirement: Documentation of the administration of at least the first doses of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap/dtap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), and Meningitis, must be provided prior to attending/participating in Camp Spin Off. Please have your immunization records available while completing your registration. For more information about this requirement, please visit Health & Medical Needs before registering.

Camp Spin Off Host & Location: Camp Spin Off is hosted by the campsite, Camp Alamo. CSO works with Camp Alamo to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff. Information provided on this form will be shared with Alamo and its staff to ensure a safe camp experience.

Early Bird Registration: Discounted rates are available for the first 15 registrations. Standard Registration rates will be applied when those spots have been filled.

Space is limited to 50 participants! Register early to secure your space.
